Post so the thread stays readable

A gooning forum turns into noise when every check-in is a new thread and every request is a novel. The boards on simpcity.es work when people use the format the pins already describe.

Say what the thread is

The title should tell someone whether to open it. Skip all-caps, fake “mega” labels, and titles that hide the creator or the kind of post. If it is a session log, say so. If it is a request, name the subject.

Tag the intense stuff

Hypno loops and caption posts need a warning when they are heavy. People can opt in. Quote-replying something that breaks the rules just spreads it — use the report tool instead, especially for anything involving minors or non-consensual images.

Search, then ask

Creator threads and request replies are already in the cave. Open a new one when search comes up empty. In a request thread, keep one creator or one clip to a reply so the archive can be found later.

Stay in the right cave

• Chatter goes in the lounge.
• Timers and session logs go in Session & Edging.
• Loops and captions go in Hypno, Trance & Focus.
• Asks go in Goon Clip Requests.
